Standard Protection: All our massage products come with a 12-month guarantee from the purchase date. This covers any defects in materials or workmanship that may occur during regular use.
Extended Coverage: Want even more peace of mind? Register your product here to receive an additional 12 months of protection, giving you a total of 24 months of coverage.
If you encounter any issues with your product within the warranty period, simply contact our customer support team at support@bobandbrad.com. We will be happy to assist you and provide a suitable solution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from bobbrad.com. If for any reason you are not happy with your massage product, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number. Please note that the product must be in its original condition and packaging for the return to be eligible.
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect covered by our warranty.
